If you believe you have received a defective product, please notify our customer service team immediately at heritagebeadsbeyond@gmail.com. After examining the product, if we determine it to be defective, we will gladly replace it with no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange based on the product’s condition. We provide free returns for domestic shipping only.

Should you wish to return an item, our return policy allows you to send it back for a full refund. Most refunds are processed on the same day we receive the returned item.

At Heritage Beads, we strive to accurately describe and display our products, but we understand that occasionally the items you receive may not meet your expectations.

Return Process

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as when received.

  • Items should be returned to their original packaging, including any instructions, guarantees, and additional items that were included.

  • Certain watches may require adjustments for a good fit; please return them in their original condition.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), our returns department will verify that everything is present and in its original condition to confirm eligibility for a refund.

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, with most refunds being completed on the same day they are received. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Shipping Errors

We recognize that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact customer service right away, and we will promptly send you the correct product. We take pride in customer service and work hard to provide a unique experience for every customer.

Customs Fees

Please note that we do not cover any taxes or duties assessed at delivery. For more information, contact your local customs office.
